Excel Support Services was established in 2021 as a non-profit, charitable organization committed to exceeding the defined standards of services provided to differently-abled individuals.  

The organization was founded by a team of industry professionals with over 40 years of combined experience as directors, program managers, accountants, healthcare administrators, IT specialists, and direct support professionals for some of the best agencies in Maryland, and we have a track record of collaborating effectively with government agencies, for-profit and non-profit organizations, and professionals in various industries to facilitate personalized, high-quality, innovative programs and services that promote independence, employment opportunities, community interactions, and healthy living for the individuals we serve.

We offer various DDA-approved services to adult individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across multiple support settings.
